Earlier today I bought some batteries at the supermarket. On the battery packaging Sainsbury's had added a helpful sticker pointing out:

"Warning! This product is fitted with a security device which is NOT MICROWAVABLE"

Useful advice, undoubtedly, I would certainly have been annoyed if any attempt I made to microwave the batteries had been foiled by a security device, although I'm worried by the implication that the security device is the only thing in the packet of batteries that is "NOT MICROWAVABLE".

and let that be a lesson to you. Could have used a sticker like that the other day when I warmed my keyboard in the microwave. :P
