I got a new pair of glasses which I'll be picking up on Monday. I remember the "ground isn't where it should be" effect from last time, and it's very disconcerting until your brain learns to compensate. Seeing things more sharply is always a nice surprise though.
I'm glad it's not 28C over here - I'm having a hard enough time as it is when it reaches 18C.
